Hectronic is launching H6080. H6080 is a small form factor Pico-ITX Single Board Computer based on the NXP i.MX8MQ system on chip.
It combines high CPU and graphics performance with low power consumption and comes packed with industrial peripheral interfaces. It also offers excellent graphic power with its 4K UltraHD resolution. The i.MX8M are part of NXPs Longevity program and ensures a stable supply of products for a minimum of 15 years from launch.
Hectronic is well known for their x86 based Qseven modules, but see many benefits of developing an ARM based Pico-ITX with i.MX8:
– We see an increasing demand in multi core high end ARM with i.MX8. The customers also get great graphics performance to a low power envelope, says Anders Rundqvist, sales and marketing director at Hectronic.
H6080 is suitable for a wide range of applications, but is very well suited for vehicle, industrial infotainment and communication systems, with its wide input voltage, industrial temperature range and low power dissipation.
The key benefits of H6080 are:
- Expansion slots for GSM modem, SIM card reader.
- Wide voltage input 9-36V
- CAN FD interface
