What is a computer on modules? Computer on modules is more or less a stripped complete computers built on a single circuit board. The components on the board are the core components like the CPU (ARM and X86) and chipset with RAM. Any input/output peripherals and additional application specific functionality are placed on a carrier board, on which the computer on module is mounted.
