Unboxing time!

We recently had our first unboxing here at Hectronic! What was unboxed was actually another box, but not just any box. It’s a base station that will allow us to test 4G bands that aren’t available in Sweden. Since some of our customers operate internationally, the units connectivity needs to be tested thoroughly before its put in to use, but instead of traveling abroad to do the testing, we can now do it in our lab.

So we built our own station and as a part of the production test system we can now test and control that the unit will be able to connect to the correct bans, without even leaving the office.

This will save time and money for both our customers and us. Traveling and testing can be time consuming and a big cost, so this is a win-win situation. We’re excited to continue improving our development process!
