H6049 \u00e4r ett f\u00e4rdigt kort d\u00e4r de komplexa delarna av datorns design \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga och verifierade. Den \u00e4r designad f\u00f6r att monteras p\u00e5 ett skr\u00e4ddarsytt s\u00e5 kallat b\u00e4rarkort med gr\u00e4nssnitt, funktionalitet och dimensioner f\u00f6r att perfekt uppfylla kraven.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En ers\u00e4ttning beh\u00f6vdes f\u00f6r det f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrade PC104-kortet baserat p\u00e5 en X86-processor. F\u00f6retaget hade noga \u00f6verv\u00e4gt alternativen. En COTS-produkt, en standard panel-PC, en helt egen design, intern utveckling och outsourcing var bland alternativen. Samarbetet med Hectronic innebar lite av allt detta.<br>Datorn \u00e4r inb\u00e4ddad i ett kardiologiinstrument som samlar in data fr\u00e5n en invasiv blodtryckssensor. Instrumenten s\u00e4ljs \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden. Sensorn f\u00f6rs upp genom de stora blodk\u00e4rlen fr\u00e5n ljumsken, genom aorta till hj\u00e4rtats kransk\u00e4rl. Genom att utv\u00e4rdera tryckdata kan l\u00e4karna uppt\u00e4cka och lokalisera omr\u00e5den med tidiga stadier av kransk\u00e4rlsstenos.<br>S\u00e5dana omr\u00e5den behandlas med perkutan koronarintervention, vilket \u00e4r en grupp behandlingar som innefattar exempelvis att bl\u00e5sa upp en ballong vid k\u00e4rlavsnittet eller att g\u00e5 f\u00f6rbi det med k\u00e4rltransplantat fr\u00e5n andra delar av kroppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Implementera en halvskr\u00e4ddarsydd design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En COM \u00e4r en liten datorkretskort som inneh\u00e5ller processor, I\/O-nav, minne och ytterligare komponenter. COM:en monteras alltid p\u00e5 ett skr\u00e4ddarsytt b\u00e4rarkort. En COM \u00e4r en COTS-produkt som anv\u00e4nds i m\u00e5nga slutprodukter hos m\u00e5nga kunder. B\u00e4rarkortet anpassas f\u00f6r en specifik slutprodukt hos en enskild kund. Halvanpassad design balanserar f\u00f6rdelarna med COTS-produktstrategin (komplexa delar verifierade och redo att anv\u00e4ndas direkt) med den helt anpassade strategin (anpassning till krav som \u00e4r unika f\u00f6r applikationen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/488-9d714759.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/488-9d714759.png 360w, https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/488-9d714759-300x282.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 360px) 100vw, 360px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/sv\/produkter\/computer-on-modules\/com-express-moduler\/\"><strong>Hectronic H6049<\/strong><\/a><br>\u2022 Intel\u00ae Atom\u2122 Z510\/Z530 CPU:er<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Processorhastigheter: 1,1 GHz, 1,6 GHz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ut\u00f6kad\/Industriell temperatur, tillval<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 L\u00f6dd DDRII DRAM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Integrera NANDrive Flash SSD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Trusted Platform Module, TPM 1.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 LVDS, SDVO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 7 x USB 2.0-portar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Konformt skydd, tillval<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hectronic utvecklade b\u00e4rarkortet f\u00f6r medicininstrumentet. Tv\u00e5 kort f\u00f6r kommunikation utvecklades av kunden, liksom mekanik och inkapsling. Applikationen kr\u00e4vde 8 USB-portar. H6049 COM erbjuder 7 av dem och den 8:e uppn\u00e5ddes via en USB-hub monterad p\u00e5 b\u00e4rarkortet. Ytterligare gr\u00e4nssnitt i specifikationen f\u00f6r b\u00e4rarkortet \u00e4r DVI\/CRT, gigabit ethernet och ett SD-gr\u00e4nssnitt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ytterligare delar och komponenter fr\u00e5n Hectronics partners har anpassats och integrerats. SMART Modular Technologies levererade SD-kortet och Mitsubishi Electric hade&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/sv\/produkter\/industrial-displays\/\">TFT-LCD-modul<\/a>&nbsp;f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta kraven p\u00e5 till exempel produktens l\u00e5nga livsl\u00e4ngd. TFT-LCD-modulen integrerades med en PCAP-peksk\u00e4rm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/2666-a6d456e6.png\" alt=\"2666_a6d456e6\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att anpassa BIOS och Linux OS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den tidigare produktgenerationen anv\u00e4nde ett Linux-operativsystem och kunden s\u00e5g ingen anledning till en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, och planen var att \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt av applikationsmjukvaran. Mindre justeringar i BIOS f\u00f6r H6049 gjordes av Hectronic, liksom utveckling av ett Linux-operativsystem som uppfyllde kundens krav. Kundens programvara beh\u00f6vde anpassas till GCC 4.4-kompilatorn och Qt-biblioteket. Applikationen anv\u00e4nder Qt f\u00f6r att implementera anv\u00e4ndargr\u00e4nssnittet. Linux-operativsystemet inneh\u00f6ll drivrutiner f\u00f6r PCAP-kontrollern och VGA\/DVI-kontrollern bland annat.<br>Att integrera en TFT-LCD-modul och en PCAP-peksk\u00e4rm inneb\u00e4r fler aktiviteter och utmaningar \u00e4n vad man kanske f\u00f6rst t\u00e4nker p\u00e5. Det kr\u00e4vs en styrenhet, bondning av display och peksk\u00e4rm, drivrutiner och kablar och slutligen industrialisering d\u00e4r l\u00f6sningen f\u00f6rbereds f\u00f6r produktion. Tidigt i projektet involverades en av Hectronics tillverkningspartners. De \u00e4r certifierade enligt ISO 13485 som specificerar kraven p\u00e5 ett kvalitetsledningssystem f\u00f6r produktion av medicintekniska produkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla kvaliteten i produktionen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tillverkaren \u00e4r stationerad i Taiwan och anv\u00e4nder ett av testsystemen som utvecklats av Hectronic. De andra tv\u00e5 anv\u00e4nds av Hectronic respektive kund. Alla tre \u00e4r identiska vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller reproduktion av fel, identifiering av problemet och korrigeringar.<br>Och n\u00e4r det kommer till produktens tillf\u00f6rlitlighet och produktionskvalitet \u00e4r vi faktiskt ganska stolta. 4000 enheter av modulen och b\u00e4rarkortet har producerats. 99,8% av de levererade enheterna har fungerat felfritt. Medicintekniska instrumentet \u00e4r certifierat och s\u00e4ljs \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden.
