I detta samarbete fokuserade vi p\u00e5 att utveckla en skr\u00e4ddarsydd teknisk l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta projektets unika krav.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att m\u00f6ta ett specialiserat behov \u2013 utmaning accepterad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cursor Controls v\u00e4nde sig till oss med en beg\u00e4ran om en inbyggd kontrollmodul avsedd f\u00f6r marina milj\u00f6er \u2013 lyxyachter. \u00c4ven om de hade en tydlig f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r sina kunders krav, beh\u00f6vde de specialistkompetens inom utveckling f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rverkliga produkten \u2013 vilket \u00e4r d\u00e4r vi klev in.<br>Genom ett n\u00e4ra samarbete med Cursor Controls identifierade vi den b\u00e4sta metoden och beslutade oss f\u00f6r att basera l\u00f6sningen p\u00e5 den befintliga Texas Instrument Sitara\u2122-plattformen. Detta val drevs av dess kostnadseffektivitet, tillf\u00f6rlitlighet och det faktum att den uppfyllde alla tekniska krav f\u00f6r marin applikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cVi arbetade n\u00e4ra med Cursor Controls f\u00f6r att utveckla en skr\u00e4ddarsydd l\u00f6sning. Tillsammans skapade vi ett inbyggt datorsystem som uppfyllde kundens krav genom en kombination av h\u00e5rd- och mjukvarukomponenter, designade f\u00f6r den kr\u00e4vande marina milj\u00f6n p\u00e5 privata yachter.\u201d<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Andreas Renberg, Utvecklingschef p\u00e5 Hectronic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Att leverera l\u00f6sningen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r roll i projektet var att designa och utveckla ett inbyggt datorsystem som skulle styra en termisk kamera f\u00f6r navigering i svagt ljus. K\u00e4rnan i systemet \u00e4r ett avancerat inbyggt datorkort, utvecklat av Hectronic, som ansvarar f\u00f6r bearbetning och hantering av gr\u00e4nssnittet med joysticken, knapparna och displayen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna kombination av h\u00e5rdvara och mjukvara resulterade i en l\u00f6sning som var robust nog att fungera i kr\u00e4vande marina milj\u00f6er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-36.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-36.png 900w, https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-36-300x147.png 300w, https:\/\/hectronic.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-36-768x375.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra s\u00e4kerhet och anv\u00e4ndbarhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Joystickkontrollenheten, med v\u00e5rt inbyggda datorsystem, g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndare att navigera s\u00e4kert \u00e4ven i m\u00f6rker. V\u00e4rmekameran, som styrs av systemet, hj\u00e4lper till att uppt\u00e4cka fartyg, flytande objekt eller skr\u00e4p \u2013 vilket ger avg\u00f6rande hj\u00e4lp under nattliga resor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett utm\u00e4rkande drag hos l\u00f6sningen \u00e4r att joysticken inkluderar en inbyggd sk\u00e4rm, som ger omedelbar visuell \u00e5terkoppling till anv\u00e4ndaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla tillf\u00f6rlitlighet till sj\u00f6ss \u00e4r systemet utformat f\u00f6r att klara tuffa f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, med drift inom ett temperaturomr\u00e5de fr\u00e5n -20\u00b0C till 70\u00b0C och hantering av luftfuktighet upp till 95%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fr\u00e5n koncept till produktion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Att utveckla den h\u00e4r typen av l\u00f6sning tar vanligtvis 9 till 12 m\u00e5nader fr\u00e5n id\u00e9 till serieproduktion. Nedan f\u00f6ljer en \u00f6versikt \u00f6ver processen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kravanalys och specifikation \u2013 upp till 4 veckor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kortdesign och utveckling \u2013 6 till 10 veckor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototyp-layout och dokumentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototypbest\u00e4llning \u2013 ungef\u00e4r 14 veckor in i projektet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototypleverans \u2013 10 till 12 veckor efter best\u00e4llning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifiering och testning \u2013 10 till 14 veckor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volymproduktion \u2013 8 till 20 veckor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grundlig testning f\u00f6r tillf\u00f6rlitliga resultat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att slutprodukten uppfyllde alla specifikationer genomf\u00f6rde v\u00e5rt team omfattande tester och valideringar. Detta inkluderade testning av alla in- och utg\u00e5ngar, verifiering av applikationens funktionalitet samt utf\u00f6rande av EMC- och marinstandardtester f\u00f6r st\u00f6t- och temperaturmotst\u00e5nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra strukturerade testprocedurer \u00e4r en h\u00f6rnsten i v\u00e5r process, vilket g\u00f6r att vi med f\u00f6rtroende kan leverera h\u00f6gkvalitativa produkter med minimala problem. Med \u00f6ver 20 \u00e5rs erfarenhet av elektroniktester kan vi uppt\u00e4cka potentiella fel tidigt, vilket ger v\u00e5ra kunder sinnesro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">St\u00f6dja de sista faserna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Innan uppskalning av produktionen m\u00e5ste slutkunden f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lla sin mjukvara. N\u00e4r detta \u00e4r slutf\u00f6rt kan vi leverera best\u00e4llningar inom 16 veckor.
