Wide view touchscreen
IPS
The IPS technology was originally developed and released in 1996. It was the first LCD technology that provided exceptional picture quality, especially from different viewing angles. IPS displays provides outstanding color saturation and stability, contrast and black levels combined with a 176° wide vertical and horizontal viewing angle. IPS touchscreens don’t lighten or show tailing when they are touched, an important trait for touchscreen application.

For harsh environments
Rugged displays
As the name suggest, a rugged display is designed to operate in challenging and harsh environments. They can handle extreme temperatures, vibrations, and mechanical shock. Hectronic offers a range of rugged displays with important attributes such as high brightness, long-life LED backlights and an operating temperature spanning between -40C to +80C. Rugged displays are designed to be highly reliable for demanding industrial applications such as maritime, medical and vehicle.

Multitouch function
PCAP and In-cell Touch
PCAP stand for Projected Capacitive Touch. It is a newer variation of the commonly used capacitive touch, but with greater sensitivity to touch, accuracy, resolution, and speed of touch all have been significantly improved. PCAP displays allows finger sensing to be projected, accurately and more reliable, through both thick glass and even double glazing.

High resolution
LTPS
A low temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) TFT LCD, prepared by forming polycrystalline silicon on a glass substrate at relatively low temperatures, achieves high carrier mobility in TFT. Therefore LTPS TFT LCD gives you a high resolution and high density display that cannot be achieved with A-si by integrating part of the display drive circuitry on the glass substrate. LTPS displays are fast-responding and low power consuming. This combined with the outstanding resolution makes the LTPS display a great alternative for high-end solutions.
