Hectronic, a specialist in embedded PC development and manufacturing, exhibits at Embedded World to show the company´s embedded products and present custom development services. Embedded World is held in Nuremberg, Germany between February 28 and March 1, 2012. Hectronic will be represented in booth 448 in hall 4 together with its sister company Acal BFi, both of which are subsidiaries of the UK-listed company Acal plc.
Hectronic has been a part of Acal Plc’s Electronics division since June, 2011. The Acal Group is a supplier of specialist technologies across Europe and South Africa. Being a part of the Acal Group gives Hectronic greater possibilities to support existing and new customers across Europe which is in line with Hectronic’s growth strategy.
During Embedded World Hectronic will focus on showing selected COTS (Computer-off-the-shelf) products, mainly COM modules and present custom design services such as development of carrier boards for COM modules, computer board and embedded systems design. Two new products on display are the H6059 Qseven module based on AMD Embedded G-series APUs and the H6816, a COM Express module with Intel Atom D2700/N2800/N2600 processors.
