At Hectronic we always develop our own production test equipment. The test equipment is also sent to the board- or system manufacturer to use during the production. This way we have full control of the whole test process. With direct connection to the test system servers we can monitor the production test in real time no matter if the production is done locally in Sweden or in Taiwan.
Here you can see Joakim running the very first production test on our new i.MX8MQ board. The test system is fresh from the factory and not yet mounted in its chassis yet, but will be integrated in a 19” rack before we send it to our manufacturer in Taiwan where we have our own dedicated room for production testing.
Right now we are preparing to send the test equipment to Taiwan to start the production.
